Refund policy
RETURN INFORMATION
You may return eligible products within 14 days of the delivery date. We do not refund shipping charges. There is a 15% restocking fee to any returned products. A label will not be provided. The customer must cover the shipping return charges and ship it back at their local postal service. It will be either shipped back to Bud and Tony's Truck Parts Warehouse or the Manufactures warehouse which will be determined when you contact us for a return.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS – Certain items that are Built-To-Order, Custom, or are oversized and are a one time purchase are not returnable. These items will be clearly marked as such in the product detail page.
RETURN PROCEEDURE
- Contact us via e-mail to let us know you need to return something.
- We do not pay return shipping costs. We will not provide a label.
- Include all paperwork, parts, and accessories in a secure package.
- All returned items must be brand new and in their original packaging with all parts that went with it.
- Do not write on or place labels directly on the manufacturer packaging.
- Send your package to 143 East Pond Drive, Romeo, MI 48065 or to a manufactures address whatever is specified.
- Returned items will be inspected when they arrive.
- Keep the tracking number of your preferred shipper so that you can monitor its delivery.
- You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 2-4 weeks of our receipt of the returned items.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to returned items.
NOTE: Unless you were advised by someone at Bud and Tony's Truck Parts in regard to a particular part's fitment or appropriateness to your needs, you are responsible to pay return shipping costs.
