Shipping & Delivery


We offer low-cost ground shipping within the contiguous 48 states. 

If you need your products faster, you'll have the opportunity to choose other shipping options such as 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. LTL Freight is also available for larger items. NOTE: Due to Covid-19 related state shut downs, there may be delays in shipment or limited shipping options. Most shippers are not guaranteeing scheduled deliveries at this time.

Parcel Shipping orders are shipped to your location. Inventory orders (for items physically in our warehouse) received by noon ET on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) are packed and shipped the next day. Inventory items ordered after noon ET will ship within two business days. All orders will be processed within 48 hours during the week. All items in stock ship within 24 hours.
Orders are typically delivered within 3-7 days.

Many items ship direct from our manufacturers. We do our best to process orders as quickly as possible - however, some manufacturers may take longer to ship out. If you need an item within a certain period of time, please contact us so we can arrange for expedited shipping. 

Note - Certain items may require additional time to ship. We'll reach out to you via email of any shipping delays.


Some manufacturers process/construct items as they are ordered. This means there may be a lead time of up to 4 or 5 weeks on certain things. We try to include a disclaimer on those products that usually require a longer lead-time, but if you are ordering something and need it within a certain period of time - please let us know so we can verify the lead time in advance. 


Some items may be long-term backordered or permanently discontinued without notice. At times, we find out something is no longer available only when an order is placed. We will notify you of long-term backorders and discontinued items.


Factory-Direct Shipping allows us to offer more variety and value with the same level of service as if your purchase was shipped directly from Bud & Tony’s. Items delivered via Factory-Direct Shipping are sent straight from the factory to your location at no extra expense. 


Orders over 150 lbs. are usually shipped via a truck freight carrier. When a freight order is delivered, it is your responsibility to inspect the freight package using the guidelines below before accepting the delivery. If an order requires freight shipment, the shipping quote is based on delivery to a commercial address. Deliveries to home or residential areas require additional charges, which are the customer's responsibility. 

All freight shipments are curbside delivery unless otherwise noted and may have special unloading requirements.

The truck must be able to access the place of delivery.

Truck freight companies do NOT require their drivers to unload shipments. An additional "Lift Gate" fee may apply if the driver unloads the merchandise. Lift gate service simply means that the freight is lowered to the ground. It is the customer's responsibility to move the product after it has been lowered to the ground.

The shipping carrier will call and schedule delivery, at which time, you may request a "Lift Gate" (provided the weight and dimensions of the product fits the criteria for lift gate service) and arrange payment with the carrier for that service.

Please inspect all packages upon delivery. Any damages or shortages MUST be noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery. Notify the carrier and Bud & Tony’s immediately and we will assist you as fully as we can. Please retain a signed copy of the bill of lading for your records.

Note: Truck Freight & Lift Gate services are NOT included for 'Free Shipping' items.


Bud and Tony’s Truck Parts ships to all United States and addresses, including Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO (Army Post Office/Fleet Post Office), Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands as well as Canadian addresses.


Bud and Tony’s Truck Parts does not currently ship to locations outside of the United States and Canada.


Our system will send out a notification email with your tracking number when your order has shipped. If you made your purchase by phone, you will be e-mailed tracking information once it is available.
